MY BACKGROUND

Meghana is a first-year graduate student at C U Boulder who is seeking job opportunities in the field of Data Science and Machine Learning.

Currently, she holds the position of a summer graduate Student Assistant II, making significant contributions to a federally funded neutron scattering project within the Physics Dept. Her main focus lies in the development of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques. Prior to this role, she gained valuable experience as a graduate course staff for Machine Learning.

Furthermore, she is actively participating in the 2023 Startup Summer program hosted by Silicon Flatirons in Colorado, USA.

With over 5 years of experience as a technology-driven professional, Meghana has worked on 5G and 4G LTE core call processing as a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung R&D. She also has experience in the deployment and monitoring of services for Mobile Ad Platforms and Samsung Pay.

Previously, as a Network Engineer in the core Security team at Cisco Systems, Meghana successfully handled several customer projects and received numerous emails of appreciation from Customers and Managers for her outstanding severity network troubleshooting skills.

Meghana has taken graduate courses such as Machine Learning, Data-Center scale computing, Numerical Linear Algebra, Statistical Methods and Applications, and Big Data Analytics - Systems, Algorithms, and Applications to further explore opportunities in these areas.

In addition to her passion for motorcycling, Meghana also finds great joy in painting and exploring the underlying symmetries that exist across various domains of Science and Arts.

Overall, Meghana is a highly motivated and versatile individual who is recognized for her enthusiasm in acquiring new knowledge and her willingness to assume leadership positions to expand her expertise and make a meaningful contribution.
